I basically borrowed the Chocolate Lava Cake recipe from Sally’s Baking Addiction blog: Sally’s Chocolate Lava Cakes. I used Scharffen Berger Semi Sweet chocolate, and it really was perfect in this recipe.
This is one of the easiest recipes I’ve ever followed, and bakes up in almost no time at all! It’s ‘company-quality’, with little expense and little time & effort!
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or drizzles of chocolate sauce. Or maybe all three! Enjoy!
