Sicilian-style Pizza

It’s thick! It’s tasty! It’s covered in layers of shredded mozzarella, roasted sweet onions, and sauteéd pancetta! It’s what’s for dinner!

Sicilian-style pizza is one of my hub’s favorite types of pizza. This dough is super-easy, and just requires a little bit of time for rises, even when you use instant-yeast (which I did.) There’s enough here for lunch leftovers the next day. Just be sure to heat up your leftovers in the oven, not the microwave, so you still get some of that delicious crunch on the crust!
