It’s that time of year. Christmas dinner means one thing in my family: my mom’s delicious manicotti! Yesterday I made the gravy (sauce to those who don’t speak Bronx-Italian.) And today I made the fresh manicotti crepes. Stay tuned for tomorrow, when I make the filling, and put the whole thing together!
