Spritz cookies make me very happy! They’re easy to make, they’re not-too-sweet despite being covered in a sprinkling of sugar, and they’re a small bright spot on a dreary winter day.
It helps to have a cookie ‘gun’/press to make these, but in a pinch, you can roll the dough slightly and use a cookie cutter to make them into the design of your choice.
