Homegrown Red Leaf Lettuce

March is here, and that means (hopefully) the last frost has come and gone. And with that good news is my first attempt at getting some of my starts into the dirt. In this case, it’s just a hanging basket filled with red leaf lettuce, so I can keep it close enough to bring indoors if we do have an unexpected drop in temps. But that one small basket filled with lettuce leaves is the promise of so much more to come! C’mon Spring!
